This morning, right in the middle of snapping pictures of my spots, the camera stops working. I hate this crappy camera of mine. I've always dreamed of having one of those fancy shmancy cameras, like my old neighbor has. One that can zoom from a mile away. Maybe someday.
Anyways, here are some pics from this morning. By the way, I did see Tuffy yesterday. He was at my Third and Central spot. And I did see Mr. Big Red #2 this morning, after not seeing him for days. Got a pic of him too! :)

Kristin did such a great job making poster boards with facts and figures for the Fundraiser held for me last Saturday. I must get pictures of them and post them. Even I found them interesting! I can't wait to share them with you if you did not read them, or if you were not there. I am trying to give you an idea of what my pathetic little shelters look like. I do need help with building them up, and making them more secure, because once again, winter is coming. That means high winds, freezing rain, huge amounts of snowfall, just plain misery for the homeless animals out there. I met one gentleman, the cousin of Gail, who used to foster for me (TEDDY!!), he had offered to maybe make wooden huts for me. I told him perhaps we could get the wood donated by Lowes, or Home Depot. Fingers crossed he is still willing to do it, and that they will donate some wood!

The most precious donation for me right now, besides food, is wood. If you can't afford the food, maybe keep an eye out on the side of the road for large boards. As you can see in these pictures, the boards are just not big enough to keep the rain out from underneath. It drenches their precious food.
Thanks for listening, and have a great day!

Happy Friday! Will keep an eye out for large boards; Chris and I are pretty good at finding things on the side of the road :) Tracy
