TGIF!

Sugar and Cinnamon! 

Vacation day for me today.  I haven't had a day off in over a month!  Its high time!   Of course, there is never a day off from getting up at 3, going out into the dark at 4, and feeding well over 70 cats every morning of my life.  I change a few towels that are wet or dirty, I pat a few lonely kitties heads, and talk to a few of them.  I have eyes on every side of my head to look out for the bad guys, who are rarely around.  I spend an average of three minutes at each of the 19 spots, that includes trudging to and from the location of the shelters from the car and placing food down.   Right now, the kitties are fed.  Their hungry bellies are full.  Nothing out of the ordinary this morning.  I am thankful for this winter weather.  It was in the 30s, a little snow flying, but nothing on the ground.

I was mentioned on the Brother Wease show, although did not hear it myself.  We shall see if he calls me to be on the show.  It would be interesting, to say the least.
